We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Use the billing address and phone number associated with your credit card to avoid processing delays. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment.
Ordering more than one gift
We make every effort to keep all your items as one complete order. Shipping may vary based on the availability of the gifts. You will be charged for multiple gifts as they are shipped only if necessary.
Order Confirmation
Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Auto electronic acknowledgements do not constitute the acceptance of your order. You will be notified of the acceptance or decline of your items by either a confirmation of sale and/or charged credit card.
Product Substitution
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value based on the availability of products at the time of your order. You may cancel your order before submitting the order form.
Privacy
We do not sell your name to 3rd party entities. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You provide your name, email, address and phone number, credit card information and recipient information for ordering on this site. Periodically you may receive a newsletter, email or update which you can unsubscribe. By using this site you consent to our privacy policy.
Returns
We will accept the return of gifts that are defective due to manufacturing up to 5 days after delivery. Returns from fulfillment errors we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect gifts will be accepted up to 10 days after notification of return. In order for us to accept the return, you must receive an Return number from Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc. The basket items must remain intact. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error by Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc has occurred. Vegan Product Standards
Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc is a vegan lifestyle supporter. Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc chooses a variety of products that they consider vegan (no known animal ingredient products). Some of these products were produced on shared manufacturing lines which could include trace amounts of wheat, dairy, soy and nut products etc. Not all products are officially certified vegan. Some products are considered vegan by this company based on not having animal based ingredients clearly listed as ingredients. Some products made with sugar may not have a definitive sugar source so there is a small potential for sugar made with bone char. Product ingredients may change over time. Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc will make every effort to eliminate those products whose ingredients change to non-vegan status according to this company's vegan product standards. If you see an image of or received a product that is not or no longer vegan according to the vegan product standards of this company, please contact Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc at (cherished@cherishedheartsgiftbaskets.com). Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc is not liable for any error in interpretation of vegan product ingredients, but will make every effort to remove non-vegan products once notified via email and product has been researched and verified by company officers as non-vegan according to the company's vegan product standards. If you have specific questions about a product's ingredients or nutrition label of a product you received or an individual product image you see on this website, please research the product further on the individual product's website or contact the originating manufacturer. Once reading these standards, if you do not feel comfortable with this company's vegan product standards, please do not order products from this website.
Shipping
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be received. Orders will be processed and shipped up to 48 hours after the order is received. Saturday orders made after 1pm MST will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are not confirmed, processed or shipped on Sunday. We cannot guarantee an order's arrival time once it is shipped. Postal services ship Monday through Friday. There may be delays due to inclement weather, holiday closures, and 3rd party delivery schedules and their delivery availability or other circumstances outside our control. At this time, we ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight of gift basket order and dependent on shipping providers. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping option for your gift basket which may include not shipping Priority. We do not ship to hospitals. You can ship the gift basket to yourself so you can present the gift basket to the hospital patient. Shipping materials can be re-used or recycled.
Shipping can take an average of a week. Actual time may vary due to holidays and circumstances outside our control. SHIPPING TIME CAN EASILY DOUBLE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Florida Sales Tax
We will withhold all applicable taxes for gifts delivered within the state of Florida.
Typographical Errors
If a product listing, price or information is incorrect due to typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order of the incorrectly listed product whether or not the product order was confirmed. If your credit card has been charge, we will issue a credit to your account for the amount of the incorrect price.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
