How do I add a personal note to my gift basket?

In the check-out cart Personal Note to Recipient and/or Seller Instructions field type in the personal note you would like your recipient to receive.

What if I want a different charity on your charity list to receive the 10% donation, not the charity listed as Charity of the Month?

In the check-out cart Personal Note to Recipient and/or Seller Instructions field, tell us which charity (from our charity list page) that you want to receive the donation.

Tips on recipient's address.

Please provide specific details on the recipient's address. Don't forget to include Apt. or Unit numbers and building name if necessary. If a business (no hospital delivery), please include the business name, suite number and/or floor number in addition to your recipient's name which can help the deliverer know where to deliver your gift.

When will my gift basket arrive?

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be received. Orders will be processed and shipped up to 48 hours after the order is received. Saturday orders made after 9am EST will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are not confirmed, processed or shipped on Sunday. We cannot guarantee an order's arrival time once it is shipped. Postal services ship Monday through Friday. There may be delays due to inclement weather, holiday closures, and 3rd party delivery schedules and their delivery availability or other circumstances outside our control. At this time, we ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight of gift basket order and dependent on shipping providers. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping option for your gift basket which may include not shipping Priority. We do not ship to hospitals. You can ship the gift basket to yourself so you can present the gift basket to the hospital patient. Shipping materials can be re-used or recycled!

Actual shipping time may vary due to holidays and circumstances outside our control. SHIPPING TIME CAN EASILY DOUBLE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, please keep this in mind when placing your order. 

How do I return a gift basket?

Returns

We will accept the return of gifts that are defective due to manufacturing up to 5 days after delivery. Returns from fulfillment errors we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect gifts will be accepted up to 8 days after notification of return. In order for us to accept the return, you must receive an Return number from Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc. The basket items must remain intact. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error by Cherished Hearts Gift Baskets llc has occurred. Please contact us at us at cherished@cherishedheartsgiftbaskets.com for customer service.
